Oct 17 , 2026

On September 19, 2026, Phase II of the Seawin Biotech Industrial Park was officially put into operation.

Witnessed by attending guests, company management and representatives of key customers jointly cut the ribbon for the Phase II plant. Amid the sound of ceremonial salutes and fluttering ribbons, Phase II of the Seawin Biotech Industrial Park was officially inaugurated, marking a new milestone in Seawin Biotech's advanced manufacturing capabilities and its capacity to industrialize scientific and technological achievements.

The Phase II project broke ground in 2024 and has now officially entered production after completing multiple stages including main structure construction, equipment installation, and full-line commissioning. With a total investment of 500 million yuan, the project represents an important industrial layout for Seawin Biotech to further translate years of accumulated technological expertise into large-scale production capacity. Once operational, the Phase II plant will have an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of marine biostimulants and 20,000 tons of marine bio-functional specialty fertilizers. Meanwhile, the new plant further intensifies the industrialization of synthetic biology technologies, promoting the large-scale implementation of technologies such as cell factory biological reconstruction and bioactive compound biosynthesis, enabling innovative laboratory achievements to reach the market and agricultural production frontlines more efficiently.

The successful delivery of the Phase II plant is a significant milestone in the company's capacity upgrading, intelligent manufacturing upgrading, and quality upgrading. Looking ahead to production and operations following the official commencement of production, the new plant will focus on workplace safety, quality control, and capacity release. Through standardized management, refined production, and full-process quality control, it will ensure the smooth operation of new equipment, new processes, and new production lines. At the same time, it will accelerate personnel integration, production line integration, and process optimization to drive the rapid release of newly added capacity, further transforming the advantages of new facilities and equipment into manufacturing capabilities that enhance quality, efficiency, and output.
